Operations Specialist

Location : Eastside Jacksonville, FL

Clearance : Must be eligible for access to secure facilities and sensitive materials

Travel Requirement : Up to 10% for field logistics or warehouse readiness support

Position Overview :

SCx is hiring an Operations Specialist to directly support the logistics, material coordination, and facility operations functions that drive our federal mission delivery. This role is embedded in the heart of our operations team and plays a key role in supporting inventory accuracy, secure supply movement, and material tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support day-to-day material coordination, inbound/outbound shipments, and secure transfers
• Assist with warehouse operations, supply receipt verification, and vendor coordination
• Maintain digital inventory systems and assist with reconciliations and readiness reports
• Execute internal logistics procedures and maintain compliance with operational controls
• Collaborate with PMs and technical teams to ensure accurate flow of materials

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or government support
• Proficiency with inventory tracking, documentation, or ERP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with federal logistics standards or supporting government agencies is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for field support
